Midlife Thoughts And How They Contribute To Having A Good Day Or A Bad Day (Simple Saturdays)

Hey there, welcome to Simple Saturdays. In the last episode, episode 53, I talked to you about wrangling your midlife thoughts and feelings, and how you can choose what happens next, the moment after you get a thought.

I found this quote by Dr. Joe Dispenza that expands this idea a bit more. He says:

"Every time we have a thought, we make a chemical. If we have good thoughts, we make chemicals that make us feel good. And if we have negative thoughts, we make chemicals that make us feel exactly the way we are thinking."

(00:42):
So basically, your thoughts determine what chemicals you're creating and whether you're going to have a good day or a bad day. It all gets down to one simple question:

What kind of thoughts are you going to create?
